More than ever we are aware that HR plays an important part in crisis management as we takes care of any people-related incident as well as its implication to not only the individual, but also the organization and even company external brand. Through an interactive webinar, Bianca will share her experience as a HR practitioner on crisis management:

Ms. Bianca Wong
Bianca was the Global Head of Reward at Hilti Group, responsible for devising the strategies and developing global programs and systems related to total reward to drive talent attraction and employee engagement. In the role since May 2019, she has already implemented a new set of global reward principles, and rolled out global guidance on sales compensation plan design. She joined Hilti Asia Limited as Regional Head of Rewards for North Asia, as part of the leadership to implement the region’s growth strategy and culture transformation. Together with a capable team, she was responsible for full spectrum of HR agenda including talent pipeline development, leadership coaching, engagement and high performance, as well as nurturing a diverse and inclusive environment. Over the 3 years in the role, her achievement included working with the business to drive sales productivity and brough innovation to the talent acquisition and employer branding practices.
Prior to Hilti, Bianca was the Group HR and Corporate Communications Director at Jebsen, leading the related strategy and programs across all Business Units. Prior she was with FedEx in Asia Pacific in various roles from compensation & benefits to HRIS, with last position as Managing Director, HR Services for North Asia, based in Tokyo, Japan.
She holds a Master of Science degree from University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Pennsylvania.
